This blog site is intended to be a resource for those who are contemplating going to or who are currently living and teaching overseas. The articles will mostly focus on the dynamics of teaching at an overseas Christian school but will also include adjusting to layers of school culture, organizational culture and the host culture one lives. It is intended for missionaries, school administrators, teachers and anyone who is interested in living and teaching overseas. If the blog helps make that adjustment easier I will have achieved my goal.
